I got a new desktop computer. I use Microsoft Outlook to
receive my mail. Everytime I get mail it gets duplicated
4 times. I get every mail repeated 4 times. What could be
the problem.

Also, I find if I send e-mail it sits in the outlook for
several seconds.I have to reopen and click send. It's not
instant send. How can I resolve this.

Any help will be appreciated.

I'm not sure why you get duplicate copies, but it is
normal that your e-mail sits in your Outbox for up to 40
seconds if you're using Cached Exchange mode. This is
only true if you have the Beta.
