I have five e-mail addresses. I want to designate Mr. X with e-mail addresss
1 and Mrs. Z with e-mail address 2 and Ms. Y with e-mail address 3, every
time I enter there names in the To... field of Office Outlook can I designate
an e-mail address with a particular individual so everytime I enter there
name the corresponding
e-mail address will automatically pop up in the address field.

Not possible with current versions of Outlook to assign a per contact
address. Perhaps in Office 12.
