E-mailing an Excel chart from Access

Can anybody please help?

I am currently working on an Access database. One of the
functions is an automated monthly event, which collates
data and then put this data into an Excel chart, no
problem there. My problem is, I require the program to
send this chart completely automated via e-mail to another
department; can this be done from Access?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you
