E-Mailing from Word - cc with Instructions.

I have multiple clients on correspondence, some of whom do not have e-mail.
I would like to be able to send an e-mail to those who do, and then send a
cc'd copy to a staff memeber in my office to print out the letter and snail
mail it. Can this be done?

Have you tried File>Send to>Mail Recipient As Attachment? You can e-mail
your correspondence to clients and cc to your assistant with instructions.
I would probably send a copy to the clients and then send another e-mail
copy to an assistant and spare the clients from the details of the internal
workings of my office :)

Why not just forward the original message with attachments to your assistant
and include your instructions there? That way the clients won't see them.
