Help! - Mail Merge

This is urgent, I am trying to do a mail merge with a document that ha
2 tables in it (created in word).

So in SOME letters both tables will be populated with data, and in som
letters only 1 of the tables will be populated.

What I can't figure out is: IF one of the tables is blank, I want th
entire table/headings to NOT appear on the letter....can this b
done????

I am so stuck and this has to be done asap. Also, please give me reall
easy, step-by-step instructions because I haven't done this before.

Maybe. The tables are filled by what sort of data? Which merge fields
are used, which not? What are the conditions? Depending on the
conditions you probably can use a field (If ... Then ... Else):
