Easier rule making

Making a rule takes at best 5 clicks. I would love to be able to make a rule
with a keyboard drag combination like - Hold CTRL while dragging mail to a
folder to create a rule. Think of how easy it would be to add a new
newsletter rule to your newsletters folder.

and if you want a rule that doesn't include moving to a folder or want to

maybe you could define what the keyboard rule command does.. Maybe just the
ability to create keyboard shortcuts for rule operations..
