When performing a File - Open, the system presents you with a default folder
of files you use. I use a naming convention with this folder to organize
many files in one folder. I wish they had a Find box that is presented
first. In this box I could type the first character or more and the many
files would jump to the first file in the list that had that character
string. Also could use find with a feature that allows you to use characters
that are seperated by spaces which the system will identify use the next
word's first letter, save on typing. Example - N 2 F this would identify a
file like - Newpark 2005 Financial, using the first character of each word.
With this feature I cold limit the number of folders and just use naming
conventions for file names.
