Easier ways to change printing properties

There needs to be an easier way to quickly change printing properties. I
routinely change from printing color to b/w; from single sided to two-sided;
from fast draft to normal; etc. Everytime I need to change I have to go to
Print>Properties>then select one or more of 6 tabs, and then select my new
property. We need a simple task bar that allows you to make these changes on
the fly. Much like we can change type font, bold, italics, etc. How hard
can that be?

Easiest method to accomplish this is to create/install additional copies
of your printer with the desired "Printing Preferences" and give them
appropriate names. (ie HP-draft, HP-BW, HP-normal)Then they are
available on the Printer pulldown, two click solution, no tabs ,no
menus. Not hard at all.
