Easy access to Paste Special

I have many cut/paste from Word to FP.

When you do a Ctrl C in Word and a Ctrl V in FP you get, by default,
the word formating.
To avoid that I have to click on Edit/Paste Special, then select
Normal Paragraphs.

As first short cut, I have found how to create a button that open
directly the Paste Special sub menu, but I would like to shorter the
access by perfoming directly the Paste Special with the option Normal
Paragraphs.

My dream is to have this option added in the right click menu of FP

How to do that ?
