Easy zooming, using 'ctrl'+'+', and 'ctrl'+'-'

This would especially be helpful in Publisher, where quickly navigating
becomes tedious when you always have to go to the drop down box. The F9 key
is okay, but is fixed to one zoom level. I realize that this shortcut
creates superscripts in Word 2003, but I think it would be more useful to
have it so it could toggle as a zoom feature.

If you have a mouse wheel, you can hold Ctrl on your keyboard and roll your
scroll wheel to zoom in and out.
