Edit Project Details - specifying fields displayed

When "Edit project details" is selected from Project
Center only 10 fields are displayed (I assume this is the
max number possible?). I have defined more than 10
Enterprise Project cost and text custom fields and would
like to specify which 10 are displayed.

Does anyone know how to specify which fields will be
displayed in Edit Project Details?
