Is it possible to change the colors used in the Details
table used in bottom of the Resource Availability view?
If so what and where so I need to change?

Thanks
Alex

I'm not sure which View you are describing, as there is no View named
"Resource Availability" in Microsoft Project 2002. If you are describing
the Resource Allocation view, then the bottom pane of this View is the
Leveling Gantt view. Text colors and bar colors can be changed for this
View. To do so, first click anywhere in the View to select it. You can
then change the text details by clicking Format - Font (to change an
individual task or a selected group of tasks) or Format - Text Styles (to
format classes of tasks, such as Critical tasks).

If the View you are describing is actually the Resource Usage view with the
Resource Form applied in the lower viewing pane (accessed by applying the
Resource Usage view and then clicking Window - Split), then you need to know
that the colors in the Resource Form cannot be changed. If you click
anywhere in the Resource Form to select it, you will quickly discover that
the Font choice and the Text Styles choice on the Format menu are both
disabled when this View is displayed.

On the other hand, you CAN select the particular set of details you want
displayed in the Resource Form. To change the set of details, right-click
anywhere in the Resource Form, and from the shortcut menu simply select the
set of details you wish to see, such as the Cost details, the Work details,
etc. Please let me know if I understood your question correctly.

Sorry I will start again and be more clear,
when in the the Resource Center in PWA you can go
to 'View Availability...' for the selected resource. You
can then choose a view from a drop down containing four
different views, and a graph plotting Resource
Availability is displayed and below that is a table
called Details. Is it possible to change the colors used
in that Details table, it currently uses White text on
Gray and some users do not find this very clear.

Hope that is a better description

Alex
