Editing Graphics inPublisher 2003

I have constructed a graphic in Publisher 2002 but when trying to open it for
editing in Publisher 2003 the following message is given:
"Publisher cannot launch or communicate with the OLE server program needed
to complete the task"
Microsoft troubleshooting suggests removing an add-in called PbWrdArt from
Add or Remove programs but I have not got it to remove!
Any ideas as to how to get the OLE server to work in order to edit my
graphic rather than have to start again in Publisher 2003?

This article has instructions...You may have to install the utility then uninstall.
