Editing Organizational Charts

I am trying to edit organizational charts that were created in PP 2000 using
PP 2003. When I double-click on the chart to edit it, a new Manager box pops
up and I can't get rid of it by hitting delete or right-clicking... Any ideas?

Kirsten,
The org chart changed between 2000 and 2002. One of the changes is the
autoformat is on by default. I bet this is why you are getting the extra
box. Try turning it off by clicking the layout button on the Diagram
toolbar. I know there are other fixes, maybe Echo will get time later to bop
in with them.

Steve,
"Manager box" - the box in the org chart that contains the information about
a manager. And since this isn't the first time this whole thing has come up
(differences between Org chart 2000 and 2002/3, maybe it is time to add it
add this to the Problems with Org Chart entry in the FAQ...

Well, I kinda figured out my original question about the "manager box" but
now when I try to edit, my connecting lines disappear. Is this b/c of the
difference in the two versions, and the older version used regular lines
instead of connectors?
