Email account not sending or recieving

Hi,
I can't get outlook to connect to my ISP's mail server.
I verified the info with them, but it will not work. I
also tried it with Eudora and had the same issue. I also
tested it on mail2web.com and it worked. Are there any
other settings (maybe on the OS) that could be causing
issues?

When you say "it will not work", what does that mean? Do you get any error
messages? If so, what are they?
