Email address 1, 2 & 3

When I enter a contact then write 2 or 3 email addresses firstly they do not
appear as they did a while ago underneath saying 'display as'.

Also when you click on create new email, then type in their name you should
see all of their email addresses for that contact. At the moment you can only
see the first email address. I am using Outlook 2000 sp3

Your syntax is too fractured to interpret.
Outlook 2000 did not have an autocomplete feature.
