Sounds like the problem is "view" related. Are some contacts imported from
another version or computer? Try to sort the folder view by any field you
want by clicking on the column heading. If you don't see the field you want
to sort by, add it from Field Chooser. By the way, is this Business

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, tbsrrs asked:

| No PDA on this computer
| I did import contacts to outlook after clean install of XP Home from
| ME but all the names were listed last first for a few months and then
| something caused some of them to list first first. Checking the
| original contact list doesn't show any difference between the ones
| last first and the ones first first.
| Any suggestions???

I attempted to follow article 291144 but could not really get started.
I opened a new email message and opened the tools menu but there was no Forms.
When in the Inbox screen and you go to tools there is a Forms and then a
Design a Form but it doesn't go to a P-2 tab.
I am running OL 2002 SP3 if that makes any difference.

More help please
