email address dont appear after importing from xls file

I exported my entire personal contacts in MS-OL XP pro..............as
MS-excel format. When i open this excel file i can view all the fields even
the email address fields.

now when i import this excel file all the fields appear except the email
field.

maybe im doing something wrong here.

please advice n help to resolve this issue. i have more than 300 contacts
cant afford to lose them

Hello,

I created a document, most of which will probably not be of any value to
you, however in this document, there is a section on importing contact
information from and XLS file to Outlook. Take a look and see if it helps.
