email address in the TO: always the same

I have a friend that has a problem, when they send an email, when it comes
up, there is an email adress (the same one) in the TO:
they same they can't get rid of it? I am going to check it later, but wonder
if anyone has come across this, and how to fix it?
I can't find anyplace in either OE or Outlook that would cause this?

I am assuming they have outlook express, as compared to outlook, but will
post to both newsgroups.
