email address in TO and attachment

Can someone please guide me here.
I have a button with Print Preview which takes me to my preview and have a
few menu buttons here on the menu bar , one of which is "email to mail
recipient". When my outlook/express opens, it does not have the email addr
in.
I do have the adrr field in my form.
How can I get the email address into the "TO" automatically?
Ideally I would like to skip the preview and go straigh to the outlook with
the email addr there as well as the report attachment.
Any help appreciated.
