Email address to FROM field in email client

I need to have the email client have the email address
the user entered show up in the FROM field of the email
client recieving the form.

Please let me know

Can't be done with the normal FrontPage form.
However, if you go to form properties and set the
"Reply to" address equal to the field of the e-mail address entered in
the form, when you click Reply the address will
automatically appear in the To: address bar in your e-mail
client.
