email addressee missing in email

An email was sent to someone fine but if you look at the sent e-mail it
doesn't show it was sent to anyone.

I have received back a delivery confirmation and read confirmation from
this person but the e-mail needs to state who it was sent to.

Any chance you put the address in the BCC (blind carbon copy) instead of the
TO field. This would make the recepient invisible.
