Every once in a while I go to send an email to an old friend and his email
address is gone. I know I put it on the contact form cause I remember I did
and I have sent him email from there before, and the only info I had put
there was his name and his email. Now there is just his name on an empty
contact sheet. This has happened to several of my contacts over the last
three years. Now I have lost touch with many old friends because I now have
no way to get in touch with them. I am sure I cannot get those emails back
from my computer but I want to know if this is a known problem and if I can
prevent it from happening again. Now I write everything down but it kinda
defeats the purpose of having the program to begin with.
