email addresses on server are uppercase on workstation is in lower

Upper or lower Case seems to stop our addresses from working correctly. On
the server and some workstations the email addresses show in uppercase while
other workstations they display addresses in lowercase and the addresses
don't work on all the workstations that show in lowercase all that display
the uppercase work fine. This outlook 2007 and exchange 2007.

I hope someone has some ideas as I am out of them.

How are these email addresses setup on the General and Email Addresses tab in
ADUC?

This is what is replicated to the GAL and RUS.
