email attachment error in Citrix environment

We have installed InfoPath in a Citrix environment. When using the email
attachment submit option, the xml form that is generated is looking for the
manifest file on the users Documents and Settings directory on the Citrix
server. This means that nobody can open the attachment except the person who
entered the form. Is there some way to correct this?

This is correct when a form template is filled out a reference to the path of
that template is maintained in the processing instructions of the resulting
XML file.
I would recommend either publishing the form to a SharePoint form library or
publishing it to a shared location on your network. This location will need
to be accessable by all people who need to access the form.

The template is published to a shared directory, which is why I don't
understand why the form would still be looking to the users directory.

Where is the share directory located.
Also are you sure that the form that is being opened while the users are in
Citrix is the one that was published to the central location?

The shared directory is on our intranet web server. The form is being opened
through a link on the intranet page, and it is accessing the correct
directory.
