Email attachments

I am using Outloook 2000 ans running Windows XP Home.
When sending email with attachments most recipients do
not receive the attachments. However all claim to
receive attachments from other senders. When I send an
email with an attachment to myself I have no trouble
receiving and opening the attachment. No one seems to
have a solution. I need help

Eschew Rich Text format and send your messages in either Plain Text or HTML
format.
