Email Attacment ACCESS Report

I at times recieve requests to forward several access reports to associates.
I am using Access 2000 and am happy with it.I am using OUTLOOK EXPRESS as my
mail client software.

My question is simple- what is the best way to create an email manually and
attach an access report?
I often run into situations where the report loses fields or headings.
The same thing happens to the result of a Query. Is there a way to attach
an Access Query result to an email.
Any reference or direction is appreciated.
