email can be seen in the readind pannel but will not open

since the install of the connector 12.1 email refuses to open, have tried
several repairs, removed the connector re-installec and etc.

Was now getting a forbidden error from the server again which started with
the install of the 12.1 connector, email scans are OFF and have been since
this started, However am using 360 version 2.

Any errors?
Is it readable in the reading pane?
Are you using antivirus that scans incoming email?

I suspect its just issues with the changeover of accounts. Use the online
interface for a couple of days.

if you are asked for the PID (product id) use your Outlook PID, not the one
in the connector's help, about dialog.
