Email Custom Template Response

I want to create an auto reply template for email.
Something like, "I'll be back on November 23rd."

I get to tools/rules wizard/... and up to "reply using",
but, then i can't figure out how to make a template to
insert in the rule at that point.

How does one make a custom templete that the the rules
wizard will "reply using"?

Have you tried using the Help in Outlook for this?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.

You need to create a new template by,

1. uncheck the "use word to edit...." option
2. Open new email...write you message
3. save as "outlook template"
4. go back to the rules..and find the outlook template file.
5. all should be fine...

I am answering this as I had the same problem- with not disabling Word
first..it was impossible to save as an outlook template file.
