Email document via Word 2003.

When I click the email icon from within a word document and the choose the
"To" field, I cannot see the global address list.

The list appears correctly from within outlook when creating a new mail
message but not when creating a new word document.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You should try asking this in an OUTLOOK newsgroup. Be sure to mention the
version of Word and of Outlook you're using.
