can i make changes to the EMAIL.DOT from C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\1033\email.dot and place
it in "another" folder which Outlook would find first?
i work at a company which has locked the "...\1033" file
from being updated. my IT department cannot seem to
answer this question.
