I have just installed Microsoft Office XP Professional in a brand new
computer running Windows XP Professional. In the Outlook - Tools - Options -
Mail Format, I have chosen messages to be formatted in HTML and have selected
"Use Microsoft Word to edit email messages." I choose "apply" then "ok".
But when I try to start a new email message I get the message "This form
requires Word as your email editor, but Word is either busy or cannot be
found. The form will be opened in Outlook Editor instead."
No matter how many times I choose this, I always get this message when I am
composing a new email.
Previous questions and solutions referred to Outlook and Word being of the
same version. I installed the items from one Microsoft Office XP
Professional. This is very frustrating.
