We use a dual cert infrastructure - one nonrepudiable signing cert and one
repudiable encryption cert. We have a user who has two valid certs in IE7
and can publish to the GAL using Outlook 2003. Yet, when she tries to send
encrypted email to users, she cannot.
The symptoms behave as though she doesn't have access to the GAL, but she
does.
Any hints on where to look for the solution? It certainly seems to be a
client-side problem, but we're not sure where to begin looking.
