Email from a Word document in an intranet

I am trying to use a Word template for a fillable form in
our Intranet designed in FrontPage. From the form, I
would like to be able to print, email, and save-as. I
can create a small toolbar but I don't know how to access
the frame with the form. Any help would be appreciated!!

Create your form in FP, not in Word
File New Page and select the Forms Wizard page template
