Email giving "Unknown Error" message

Can anyone please help?

I am running Outlook 2003, with Exchange 2000.

Have an email, which is an auto-confirmation message from Amazon.com. I can
not open the email to read, move or delete it. Each action I try responds
back with "Unknown Error".
