email goes to wrong folders

In Outlook 2002, incoming email is going directly to
deleted items instead of the inbox. If you click to
delete sent items, they go to drafts, etc. Using MS
Exchange 2k. This only happens to one user out of 15 and
just started recently. Have not been able to find a
solution in OL Help or in the Knowledge Base.

Check for mail rules first.

Also try Start-> Run; "path to outlook.exe" /resetfolders
and
Also try Start-> Run; "path to outlook.exe" /resetfoldernames
