I have a user who is using Outlook 2K on Windows XP. He
has three new mail icons in the system tray even though
I've verified he has no new mail. When you double-click
on one of them it generates an error to the effect that
Outlook has encountered an error and cannot open. Any
ideas? Thanks
By the way...he's pop3.
