I am getting some emails from different companies that look like below; most
emails are fine. What is the problem?

Thanks
Bob

What do you believe the problem to be? The fact that you're getting the
messages at all or that they contain links, or what? I have a suspicion I
know what you're trying to ask, but it would help if you were more explicit.
