email merges security

Does anyone know how to turn off the email merge security that blocks sending merged emails for 5 seconds? Help says it can't be done but will be addressed in future versions of Outlook 2003. Any idea when?

I would like to know exactly the same. There is a time
allowance on the earlier box (ie allow for 5 minutes).
That would be good for this box as well. It takes a long
time to send all the merged files with this warning in.

Outlook 2002(10.2627.2625) running under WindowsXP Home

If you get your machine up to date on Office XP service packs, you'll be able to do merges to HTML format with no prompts
