Email message to click on won't come up.

When I recieve an email with a LINE or SUBJECT for me to click on to see, I
can't pull it up. It just sits there.

Bummer - care to be more explicit? How are you trying to open the mail?
What program? Did it ever work? What did you install/uninstall just prior
to it not working? Hint: nothing is not a good answer.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

I guess you misunderstood my original problem. I can recieve the email just fine.It's just when it has a LINE or MESSAGE in it for me to click on to recieve is when I'm having the problem. Back of this, I could always do this all the time. Now I don't know what I've installed or not to keep me from getting it. I can copy & paste but it takes time, plus I shouldn't have to. It's only in my E-mail where I'm having this problem. This is CLEAR as MUD, I'm sure.

If you click the link while holding either the shift
or ctrl key does that pull up the link?
