Email newsletter using publisher doesn't display in Outlook Web Access

I have a client who has created an email newsletter using Microsoft
Publisher. The email newsletter works fine when viewed in most email
clients, but truncates after about one page when viewed in Outlook Web
Access (web-based access email accounts).

When I view the HTML of the truncated newsletter, the code is there,
it's just not displaying the whole thing in the email message.

Has anyone out there had this happen? I'm not a Publisher expert so
any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
