email not being received

Using Office/Outlook 2003 and Business Contact Manager to send newsletter.
The problem is the newsletter is not being received at the destination. I
have a couple of Dist Lists as well as the contacts folder. Sending
separately so as not to overload & be considered spam. I send to all
addresses, but when I do a search of an address to verify the newsletter was
sent, not all addresses are listed. Any suggestions of what is going on?
