Email not reaching destination

Some of my email is not being accepted by the destination because the
internet headers are being changed by (e-mail address removed). This has
the effect that the internet header casues the message to be seen as spam. It
is not bounced, it simply doesn't get there. My email reaches home users but
not companies with spam filters. I changed my email address to another
provider but this has not helped.
I am using XP2, Outlook 2003 SP1, BT broadband and either virgin net or bt
internet for email. (Web mail works fine)
Has anyone seen this problem?

It is important to figure out why your domain may be blackholed by SPAM
filtering entities. You don't want to be a SPAM relay. Check with sites such
as sourceforge.net.

This is all very depressing. I have contacted virgin.net to pose them the
problem. This is beyond me. Will it go away if I format the hard drives of
the computers affected on my network and starting as a new email customer or
does my wireless router contain information that still identifies me?

I would get the help of the virgin.net guys, this could be a deeper problem
to fix. Formating your equipment would not help.
