Email printing

The company that I work for uses Outlook for it's email
program. When I get a message from my district office
and print the email, there is about 4 pages of nothing
but email addresses that a particular message was sent
to. Is there a way to turn this off if you prefer to
print the email, other than using "cut and paste" to only
print what is needed.

I don't like killing this many trees to save emails.

Any and all "cures" are appreciated.

Sorry, WHY do you need to print it to "save" it? Outlook is a FAR superior
filing and indexing system than ANY paper-based system.
