Email Reminders

I'm looking for a program that'll allow you to setup a
reminder for an incoming email for an external address.

He's what I what to do:-

The secretary recieves an email from company A asking her
to do a specific job. I then want her to be able to put
a reminder/pop-up on that email, so that it pops-up at
the date she sets.

Is this possible?

Outlook includes that feature already. It's called message flags. Open a message and click on the red flag button. Leave the message in the Inbox so the reminder will fire.
