You could try generating a PDF. Various PDF packages (including commercial and free ones) offer a 'PDF
Printer Driver'. Simply print your report to this 'printer' and you have a pdf file, including images.
You can also usually specify the resolution and compression type/amount for images, so you can create
high quality/resolution versions for printing, or versions suitable for emailing (which should be a fraction
of the size of other uncompressed formats).
