Email return address

Can someone tell me the html structure for a web page that will allow
the viewer to send me email? Would really appreciate that.

Place some text or an image on the page.
Highlight the text or image.
Click the hyperlink icon.
Select E-mail Address and then enter your
e-mail address and click Ok or Apply.
