Email Stuck in Outbox

One of our company reps. has recently reported that his outgoing email is
getting stuck in his Outbox. He is using Windows XP - Outlook 2003 SP-1 on a
Dell Laptop. This is occuring both on a dial-up and wireless connection. He
has tried several workarounds (i.e. leaving one email in his outbox so that
following emails will send. This has proven successful a few times, but not
in every case) He has also tried dragging the email to another folder and
sending - no success. This problem is occuring when sending new email as
well as on replies. He has checked all of his settings - nothing appears out
of line. There are no error messages associated with this. This is proving to
be very frustrating.
Any help or suggestions regarding a solution would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks! I have forwarded the address to our rep. I will post another message
informing if we had success or failure. What is puzzling is that this
recently started to occur. Two changes that did recently occur - (1) he
downloaded and installed an update for Outlook. (2) He has recently started
testing a new Sierra wireless card. However we do have another rep testing
the same wireless card (using Outlook Express) and is sending without any
problems

Thanks, we have uninstalled the software and will test using dial-up for a
couple of days. Any suggestions/solutions on how to make this work with the
wireless card or is this a Sierra issue?

reported to cause it. it won't affect OE because it doesn't integrate with
OE for sending SMS.

The problem isn't the wireless service - just the part of the software that
integrates with outlook. Can you choose not to install it or disable it from
the com addins list? (General instructions on at the link I provided.)

Does it never send or just not send if you view the outbox? If the latter,
don't view the outbox. :)
