Email that is disabled

This is not for all my emails but I do get some emails that look like the
ones that are in my Junk Email Folder. They have the links and other
functionality that are disabled and I cannot figure why?

Can someone please tell me what I to do to correct this?

I am using Outlook 2007

Emails in the junk folder have various functionality disabled you have move
the mail to your inbox to enable these

I know that but the email I am talking about is already in my IN BOX.
