Emailing calendar 2007 to 2003, arrives in plain text

We're running Exchange/Outlook2003, but testing Vista and Office2007.
We have a client who emails calendars (right-click top of calendar,
send by email option) from 2007 at home to the office which is Outlook
2003. She has done this successfully in the past, but it now arrives
in plain text. We are able to do it successfully from all Vista
machines on site to Outlook 2003 users as well as hotmail, yahoo,
gmail. She says calendars under 86kb look fine, but larger is
converted to plain text. All office accounts see plain text, but
yahoo, hotmail are fine. Yahoo doesn't like the larger calendars,
hotmail doesn't care about size. Not arriving as junk. Client is
using comcast at home.

We have explored every option. Could this be a problem with sending
via Comcast (her internet provider)?

Thanks,
Karin
